Garv Returns to The Forgotten Filmcast
Hello out there in Internet-land,
Your friendly neighborhood curator of the Bottom Shelf was recently invited to return to the Forgotten Filmcast by Todd Liebenow to discuss the 1972 Billy Wilder film, Avanti! I had made a previous appearance on Todd’s podcast to discuss my favorite Abbott and Costello film, Who Done It? (1942), so apparently Todd likes to call me in to discuss films with punctuation marks at the end. The podcast posted today, and links are provided below.
Todd’s Forgotten Films blog focuses on the movies that time forgot, and each episode of his podcast takes a look at an individual “forgotten film” with the help of a rotating group of fellow film bloggers and podcasters. I’m honored to join the list of illustrious alumni that have joined Todd on his show.
Below is my sophomore podcast appearance. By the way, during the podcast, I recommended the book Conversations With Wilder by Cameron Crowe. I included an Amazon link below.
Here are the links from Todd’s Forgotten Films blog:
On the latest episode of the Forgotten Filmcast, Todd is joined by William Garver from It Came from the Bottom Shelf to discuss the 1972 Billy Wilder comedy Avanti!
