Ealing Studios Comedies Finally Head to U.S. Blu-ray

Thank you, Kino Lorber Studio Classics!!!  Today they announced that they will release Blu-rays of three classic Ealing Studios comedies starring Alec Guinness sometime in the near future.  All three titles are timeless, 4-star comedies that deserve a spot on the shelves of every serious video collector.

Fans of British films and classic comedies know that the short-lived Ealing Studios produced some of the best films of the late 40s and early 50s. Hopefully, there are many more U.S. releases of Ealing films planned in the upcoming year.

While these titles are expected sometime early next year, official release dates and any potential special features will be announced at a later time.  Here is today’s announcement from the Kino Lorber Studio Classics Facebook Page:
